What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our private label MOQ starts at 100 units per SKU. For full custom development—including bespoke vessel molds or original fragrance formulas—the MOQ is 500 units. We do not penalize smaller orders; our model is designed to help you test and grow.
Can I order samples before committing to production?
Yes. We provide pre-production samples within 7-10 days, including scent samples, vessel prototypes, and full packaging mockups. Sample costs are credited against your first production order.
How long does custom scent development take?
Stock scent selection and minor adjustments take 3-5 days. Fully bespoke fragrance development typically takes 2-4 weeks, including revision rounds and stability testing.
What customization options do you offer?
We offer end-to-end customization: fragrance, vessel shape and material, label design, packaging structure, and gift set assembly. If you can describe it, we can source or develop it.
Do you help with packaging design?
Yes. Our in-house design team supports label artwork, box dielines, and insert design. We also coordinate specialty finishes such as foil stamping, embossing, and spot UV with our printing partners.
What certifications do your products have?
We hold ISO 9001 and BSCI certifications. Our materials are REACH and CLP compliant for the EU, and we can arrange CPSC and FDA testing for the US market. Certificates and test reports are available on request.
How do you ensure consistent quality across reorders?
We maintain a fragrance archive, color-matching records, and batch tracking for every production run. Before each reorder, we review prior specifications to ensure color, scent, and finish remain identical.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For established partners, we offer negotiated terms including letters of credit and milestone-based payments.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We are experienced with Amazon FBA prep requirements, including carton labeling, palletization, and shipment scheduling to Amazon warehouses in the US, UK, and EU.
Do you offer dropshipping or fulfillment services?
We do not operate a direct-to-consumer dropshipping model. However, we can ship individual orders in neutral packaging to your third-party fulfillment center or provide blind shipping for wholesale accounts.
